Hello, my name is Erin Truscott-Brock and I am the Naturopathic Doctor at Healthy Living Massage and Wellness Centre. I grew up in Dundas and am very excited to be back in Hamilton to offer Naturopathic Medical services to you. I have been in practice since 2000 and in that time have treated many people of all ages, infants to the elderly, with all kinds of concerns. I have worked with people on their digestive health, hormone issues (thyroid, adrenal), female concerns (menstrual issues, menopause, fertility), male issues (andropause, fertility), cardiovascular, cholesterol, and blood sugar problems, autoimmune diseases (multiple sclerosis, RA, Lupus, etc), musculoskeletal and joint issues (including fibromyalgia) and on and on. I love the challenge of figuring out the root cause of a concern and fixing it. I use all Naturopathic Medical modalities; nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathic medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, lifestyle counselling, and also offer intravenous therapies. In addition to my private practice, I am also on the faculty at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine as a Clinic Supervisor. I look forward to working with you and your families for better health.

Ashleigh Worley, R.Ac.
Ashleigh Worley is a Registered Acupuncturist who graduated from Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine. She studied Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and is registered with the CTCMPAO.
Ashleigh has taken two continuing education courses in Cosmetic Acupuncture, one of which is Mei Zen, a holistic system used to slow down the aging process, and enhance the overall health of the skin. This has given her the tools to help patients resolve skin related issues such as acne, acne scarring, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, dry skin and has learned techniques on how to encourage collagen production to get rid of unwanted fine lines and wrinkles. The cosmetic aspect of this medicine is the area she aspires to build her practice around. That being said, she also treats the body as a whole, to harmonize any imbalances, whether they are related to sleep, digestion, anxiety, stress, fertility, pain, musculoskeletal discomfort, and addiction.
Getting to the root cause of disharmony in the body is what really peaked her interested in this practice. Ashleigh tailors treatment plans to the patient, not the illness. This will ensure that the patient feels rebalanced in all areas of health.
